TWL: Removing letters from Inflatables

Following the trail on getting sticky stuff of fiberglass I'm faced with changing all the registration numbers on our Caribe inflatable--- any good ideas on that one? I think Easy Off would do nasty things to the Hypalon or whatever it is... Ron Barr M/V Lady Brookhaven 42" Hatteras LRC Presently Man O'War Cay, Bahamas

Suggest a short visit to www.pletting.com to put all that behind. This will lengthen OEM filter change frequency, makes element changing easy, reduces wear, and gives your gas or diesel power unit clean oil 100% of the time. Many Marine operators enjoy the flawless performance of that system-----John Pletting

My Perfect Boat and the Flybridge
Wed, Feb 16, 2005 3:02 AM
The view all around and into the distance is excellent, easy to read the water, and the cooling breezes are very pleasant in hot weather. Of course it is a great place to look down on sail boaters hunched in their cockpits in the rain. Ron Barr Lady Brookhaven Hatteras LRC 42 Presently lying New Bern, NC KB1LFX
