Re: GL: All magazine Power Boat Reports STINK!
Tue, Jan 30, 2007 9:10 PM
Sterling, I finally found a place to take all my old, free, powerboat magazines. I'll give them to you so you can continue your research on the topic. Where do you want them delivered? :) PS: I totally agree with you about the ads in the same issues and there never are any negative or disparaging comments about the boats being reviewed.

GPS Datum Settings (was: Something for all of us.....)
Thu, Jan 10, 2008 6:11 PM
All GPS users should check the datum in their receiver against the datum on the charts they are using. If you switch charts to one using a different datum, it is your responsibility to switch the datum in the receiver so that the proper Lat/Lon will be displayed for that chart datum.

Mc Murry Anchor winch users
Wed, Jul 27, 2005 5:10 PM
To users of Mc Murry anchor winches: A couple of questions: Do you have an all chain rode? Do you use the mooring "cleat" on top of the winch as your main morring bit or do you have another cleat or samson post? Thanks John
