If you used the signal to set your local clock, and knew the format, it should be easy to predict at least a good part, if not all, of the message.

They know how to deal with all the unexpected stuff that can come up because they deal with it every day. They have all the tools and know all the tricks. I want the job done in two days between weekends when we use the boat, and they can do it in two days. They're at the top of the learning curve.
