Quaker Ridge 9/12: 277 Raptors, 10+ Warbler sp

This included 189 Broad-Winged Hawks (mainly between 2-3:30 PM), 46 Osprey and 10 Bald Eagles. Warbler movement also picked up after yesterday's wind shift with a nice variety around the front fields highlighted by Nashville, Magnolia, Black-Throated Green, Parula, Black & White and several other species.

Hi James, Here at our home in Stratford (10 years), we have a hummingbird feeder or two, plus an extensive flower garden to attract hummers and butterflies.  I don't know what it is, but this year we have had almost no hummingbirds.  None visited in the spring.  And only 2 or 3 have made very brief, one-visit stops in the past month or so.
