Sunk boats, replace all wiring and systems?
Mon, May 29, 2006 3:35 PM
If such a boat were salvaged, would all the wiring and mechanical systems require complete replacement or could they be flushed, treated and restored to service. With all the boats lost to hurricanes I'd imagine there is a significant amount of experience with this topic.

I'm all for a full and free discussion, and love reading those lengthy discriptions and reports of tests, etc. They're highly educational and frequently useful, personally.

I then downloaded to the chip all the river system from Chicago to Mobile onto the chip. I have already plugged this into my plotter and what I get is complete coverage of the river system, scalable and such that it will track my progress as I move along.

[Ontbirds] Toronto Islands - Osprey, Sapsuckers, Hermit Thrushes and Yes Bohemian Waxwings

If you miss this one you will have to walk all the way back to the Wards Island ferry dock. If arriving in early am you must obtain your ticket from a machine just inside the gate so be sure to have $1.00 and $2.00 and/or 25 cent coins before you arrive at the docks as there is no place to get change and the machine does not make change.
