The value of 2500000/65536 is 38.1470… in decimal, but in hex it is exactly 26.25a; that is the 0x26 is 38 decimal while the fractional part is only 10 bits long.

10 MHz -> 16 MHz clock multiplier

When I read the email about multiply by 16 and divide by 10 it occurred to me that it would be easier to divide and then multiply and then I began to brain storm, which is hard to do when you stay up too late.
