, just so you know what you'll have to spend later. One of the surveyors around here put his little tapping hammer on
top
of a tank like that, and had to fish it out later. Fuel sloshing out of even the
top
of the tank is nasty. Those sound like they're in bad shape. There's also a reason they're rusty.
