Suffice it to say that all my close calls happened on or near the surface. I consider diving in a marina very hazardous. Not only are there entanglement hazards, but there is a risk of exposure to hepatitis from your neighbor that doesn't pump out. Yuck! Also, be careful about the breath-hold diving.

Die sudden death next to work dinks or docks with barnicals . Can not be dragged up onto most beaches as all the necrssary outboard junk makes them too heavy. Most are very wet in any outboard operation over a couple of K. If use as life boat , you just sit waiting to be hopefully found. My preference is for an old & very $$ rare Grumman Sailing dink.

The idea is that you can mount it in the cover of a small die-cast box secured by the SMA hardware (I used a Hammond BB1590N1). All you have to do is drill a couple of 3/16 holes, plus another hole for a power feedthrough.

Thanks all for your comments on the Downy woodpeckers plumage. Many comments here, and all good descriptions as well. And to Keiths comments... I also have been amazed how a Bright blue and contrasting B&W Blujay, so noticeable sitting in the sun, can suddenly vanish into the woods and not be seen.
