USRP B200 Data Reception Issue on Windows 10

I have an issue with reading data from the USRP B200 on Windows 10.
When I run the benchmark_rate with a 20 MHz reception bandwidth, I see
losses of more than 50 percent. However, there are no losses during
transmission. I have followed all the instructions, including modifying the
registry and disabling power management for USB.

[Ontbirds] RED HEADED WOODPECKER

Both tundra swans last week going through and RED HEADED WOODPECKER today
at 9 a.m. were observed at property on west side of Ross Lake about 10
miles north of Belleville on Highway 62. Feeder is regularly visited by
hairy, downy and pileated but this is the first red headed.

Very late hummingbird

A female hummingbird has visited our feeder (which I just hadn't gotten around to taking down) four times this weekend -- three times yesterday (10/1) and once this morning so far (10/2). It looks like a female Ruby-throated -- white spot behind the eye, no trace of rufous on the flanks.
This is by far the latest date for RTHU at our home.
