Re: [time-nuts] f-multipliers from VHF to 10 GHz

. > Are there any known proven multipliers chains from VHF to 10 GHz? > -110dBc @ 50 Hz offset at 10GHz? That's -170dBc @ 50Hz with a 10MHz ref. That's going to be a chore.. the Wenzel ULNs are -167dBc at 100Hz offset, and they're pretty good.

Re: X310 1PPS timing depends on 1PPS/10 MHz phase - only 100ns resolution?
Wed, Jul 2, 2025 6:12 AM
Rather than the 1PPS always being on the rising 10 MHz edge and driving that to 0 ns UTC, this GPSDO puts the 1PPS at 0 ns UTC (regardless of where that is relative to the 10 MHz) and then phase locks the 10 MHz and 1PPS. So, one power cycle it can be at the rising edge, another it can be at the falling edge, and another it can be somewhere in between.

It is hunting season so Sunday is the best day to visit since no hunting is allowed there on Sundays. On 10/22 on a quick visit to the upper parking lot (off Greenhaven Road, right on Stewart Street) I spotted a yellow-billed cuckoo.

If arriving in early am you must obtain your ticket from a machine just inside the gate so be sure to have $1.00 and $2.00 and/or 25 cent coins before you arrive at the docks as there is no place to get change and the machine does not make change. (There is a change machine there if you want to chance it).
