The black stuff all over the PCBs is the remains of the foam.

It is light weight and very easy to fabricate. All of your wood working tools can handle it with carbide blades. It is very easy to weld with the right equipment and a little experience (the heat distortion is the hardest part to get used to). I really enjoy working with it.

It has been interesting to me to find that (in my case at least) all of the serious challanges are external . . . the work on the boat is easy, just requires sweat, muscle, blood . . . but external influneces seem to conspire to keep me away from the work . . . my paying job, typical life events, broken cars and such.

The Prairie and Cerulean (both males) were observed in the tops of the trees bordering the soccer field south of the Ward's Island Ferry Docks. The singing Connecticut was located just east of the Fire Station on Ward's.
