Re: [time-nuts] Fury Realhamradio listing

On top of that, all GPSDO's do heavy averaging of this time intervall, with a PRS10 typically doing 7 hours or more of averaging. 100ps per-second resolution in that kind of averaging window is meaningless, since the OCXO cannot perform that well - it would require 4E-015 stability in a 7 hour window. Not possible without a high-end Cs/Rb/H source.

Re: [pjsip] amr_helper.h: Frame length of AMR-WB bitrate 14.25

But unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to fix it without affecting backward compatibility. So what currently happens when the framelen is set to 37. Does the client fail with assertion or only one-way audio?

along with what we identified as a Dark Morph Swainson's Hawk (12:50 EST) seen directly overhead by all observers...(including 3 of us with our scopes). This appeared to be a juvenile bird based on the plumage. I sketched the bird and verified with the other observers the key field marks.

Weather: Nice day of all encompassing high cloud with temps ranging from 12C to 23C. Pressure was rising and once the air dried a bit the birds were flying. Winds were light but steady from the NE and ENE for most of the count period before dropping to near calm in the last couple of hours.
