I run a lap top near the helm and use that for planning purposes and monitor that when someone else is at the helm. I find the 6000i screen to be excellent in all light conditions and its controls and features to be very easy and intuitive. We installed this equipment on the boat this year and put 180 hours on it in all sorts of conditions.

Cold water and hypothermia

http://gcaptain.com/maritime/blog/cold_water/ The bottom line is "It is impossible to die from hypothermia in cold water unless you are wearing flotation, because without flotation you wont live long enough to become hypothermic" The three rules of survival: Life jacket. Life jacket. Life jacket. Steve

I've purchased matching tap and die and use them to clean up poor threads, or when I drill out the plugs for reuse. *Rudy & Jill Sechez * *BRINEY BUG-a 34' Sail-Assisted Trawler * *Anchoring Consultants-trawlertrainingabc.com* *850-832-7748 * *Georgetown SC Northbound-Chesapeake*

Mar.26 snows=many species at Cranberry, Whitby, ON, incl. FOX SP., WHITE-FR. GOOSE
Tue, Mar 26, 2002 6:56 PM
The blowing snows brought few birders down Hall's Rd. in the morning of Mar.26. They missed out on seeing a raccoon attack! In early afternoon I went back down and found the GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE with Canadas in the field opposite the north pathway entry. Below the swinging feeder was a FOX SP.

There is added period and, as we all know, our browsers just do what they are told. Here's the correct link: http://ctbirding.org/count.htm While you're there you might want to look around a bit at the home page and the Birdbot page. There is some good stuff there if I don't say so myself! :) Steve MorytkoAshford CTsmorytko@yahoo.com

Being able to set this position makes it extremely easy to move the screw/hole or whatever to location where it is needed. Depending on where the object is to go, a different “position” may be the most easy to deal with. Screws, holes, nut traps are all “positioned” so the translations necessary to move them where needed are all identical.
