OT - DC-10 gyros
Wed, Mar 27, 2013 8:40 PM
What I got was the yaw-rate gyro package from a Northwest Airlines DC-10 that was stripped for parts around 2000. The gyro included the pull tag with tail number, the license number of the A&P mechanic that pulled it, and some other cool stuff.

Wed, Oct 7, 2015 5:26 AM
Harley, Stratford Point's drake Harlequin Duck, continued on 10/6 and provided sensational photos for me in his nearly completed plumage: http://rtpi.org/blue-beauty/ He is looking absolutely awesome, and while I'm glad he's here and doing well, one does have to wonder how long he'll stick around. Come and see him soon if you can!
