Driver installation failure on Windows 10

When I go to update my driver on Windows 10 I get: "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device" "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it."

100% clouds and a wind of 5-10 MPH from the ENE made it easy to see the migration today as it passed Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven.A steady stream of Tree Swallows all morning ended up with 700 birds. No other swallows were seen.

Questions on a salvaged GPS disciplined 10 Mhz osc

10 Mhz oscillator I acquired. Wondering if you guys could help. I was referred to this list from the microwave group. I’m cleaning out a site that was vandalized when I came across a piece of equipment that had a GPS in, 10 Mhz and 1 PPS out. Along with some other functions. So I saved it from the dumpster.

Not being a true "lister" anymore, and there being less than 10 non-vagrant species in North America that I haven't seen anyway, my North American wish list is mostly species I've already seen but would like to see again soon (warbler heavy of course): White-faced Storm-petrel Mountain Plover Kirtland's Warbler Colima Warbler Tropical Parula Golden-cheeked

@ Paul yes pin 1 of U206 is the input of a schmitt-trigger ( xxACT14 ) where the rectangular 10 MHz output on the Ref-0 Modul is generated. @ David 10 MHz is not available on the Ref-1 module, the one with antenna input (yea, but it is still at pin 1 of U206).
