All samplers can / do act as mixers between the clock (sampling) frequency and the input (data) frequency. That's all that's going on. Look at it like a mixer and it all makes sense.

Aqua Map allows you to download them to their corporate site in 3 formats and then push them into the mobile app. Wow...saved me many hours of manual input. As a complaint, on our iPad, we have Garmin Blue Charts, SeaIQ and now, Aqua Map. They all download the AC data base...but...they cannot share 1 file so we have to have room for the same data 3x.
