The signal is 130 kbps BPSK signal @ fc = 2404 MHz We don't know the origin of this oscillation, but hypothesize it may be from a voltage regulator. Kyle Logue · The Aerospace Corporation · ETG-DCID · Senior MTS · 310.336.3038 · kyle.logue@aero.org

Dear John and all, I do work in high energy physics and we use LEMO and other standards. For some years now, I have started to advertise against LEMO (in particular the LEMO 00 size), as it is VERY sensitive to mechanical defects and partial connection (yes, you can ..).

The plots shown are the TT time tag, the FC frequency control value, and the case temperature. Air conditioning was causing 1 degree swings in the case temperature. The effects of that are clearly visible on the time tag and frequency control plots. > > The wobbles in the TT plot are due to the temp changes.

Am I missing something?

There are long, long, discourses posted on stuff that I will never understand, use, or even care about. Then there is the PITA of top posting. For some reason this list is the absolute worst in this respect of any I’ve ever seen.

RE: TWL: Starter problems

A half dozen caps and diodes I would guess and, if you don't get it right they die pretty quick - so you gotta do it right. Nice place to put a manual by pass to start the engine if ignition switch or wiring die. Jim > > Most marine applications use a second solenoid to energize the starter > solenoid.
