SVRS website

I had trouble getting into SVRS on the cbp website, as it always looked like their links to SVRS were broken. The local office told me only internet explorer works. I finally used my iphone, and the first paragraph that opened said that cookies had to be enabled, and TLS1.0 had to be on.
