apology

My brother and I had an ongoing discussion about why message traffic on the boards seemed to die down occasionally. I noticed that traffic on this and another board seemed to die off a little after a posting with a negative spin to it. I meant no criticism of Mike, and in fact agree with what he said.

Is there anybody in America that thinks they will not just steal the boat they are going to DIE in? Why would anybody think that requiring law abiding citizens to get another piece of paper (or plastic) will make us safe from people who are going to DIE just to blow something UP???

The die micrograph shows one clearly identifiable classical 8:1 bandgap circuit in 3x3 configuration in the lower left corner of the die plus three more instances of bipolar transistors (3x3, 3x2 and 4x2 configuration) that might be used as additional temperature compensation.

Unfortunately I couldn't do this as my original 15 to 30 is all one piece plastic molded. You would need individual plugs at a cost of about total $50.- Canadian (Home Depot, Electrical Supplier) George BTW: Hal, this was originally a list question and I'm putting my answer back there - the problem is/could be of universal interest.

Re: T&T: 2nd request for washer/dryer info

There is one further bit of information about washer, dryers & combo units that I'll add: While the standard household units (e.g. stackables) are very inexpensive and very practical, almost all of them require 220 volts and substantial amounts of power (e.g. 30 amps) for the dryer.
