The software to make it all work is generally the “top secret” IP of the people making the TCXO. A brute force approach using a good temperature sensor (say an RTD) and a good ADC is possible. You can get into the low mili C range with this sort of setup. Pairing that with a good low frequency overtone crystal can do pretty well.

Mississippi is the second state to have all of its top universities earn a green light rating from FIRE, according to WJTV-12. Mississippi is home to more green light schools than any other state except North Carolina.
