Re: [USRP-users] Fwd: OpenBTS-UHD with USRP2

If one mobile sees the signal, but another doesn't, then it is clearly a handset issue. If you can, try manual search and network selection. Locking to a stable 10 MHz reference helps, but generally isn't necessary in my experience. I recommend - to all UHD users - updating your copy of OpenBTS.

As we approached the centre of the 4 lagoons (where they all meet) Stan spotted a bird that we flushed out of the brush alongside one of the lagoons.

John: Our marina has slips for ca 400 boats, all doubles on finger-docks (finger every second boat). Because of unalterable geographical circumstances, however, there are two slips that are for one boat only (fingers on both sides of the boat). Scaramouche has one of those two slips heh heh heh!

All of our dinnerware onboard is melamine. I use melamine on Island Eagle and it's been great. I bought two complete sets of cool 60s-era table settings on eBay, one was complete right down to the matching salt and pepper shakers. Price for both sets was under $200 including shipping.

Not only is this correct, it is in fact the major point of an "isolation" tra nsformer: it removes the DC connection between the DC vessel ground on your b oat and the DC vessel grounds on all of the other boats around you.
