We are now listing eBird's top 100 in the State and each County on the COA website at https://www.ctbirding.org/events/big-january/. All those who reached 100 species or more will be emailed a commemorative certificate. The individuals with the highest count in the state, per county and in one location will also win a prize.

Wed, Mar 28, 2007 8:42 AM
Good morning Yesterday Ian Cannell and I birded the Toronto Islands and despite the fog that covered the lake all day and the islands most of the time we found some nice birds and below is a few of the high lights. All of the waterfowl were seen either in the lagoons or the harbour side of The Islands.

Re: T&T: Removing remaining zinc from brass head of a zinc pencil

This method requires a little more effort than using chemicals, but if you do it this way and carry the tap/die with you, you will be able to do it again, anywhere that you find yourself when the zinc needs to be replaced. All of the zincs that I've done this with have had standard SAE, coarse threads.

Re: T&T: Replacement for a Norcold

John Blackburn 44 DeFever Deale, MD UNSNIP I have read with great interest all the valuable comments regarding a replacement refrigerator for a Norcold that have appeared on this list. The reason is because I have been convinced from listening to this board that my upright Norcold would surely die any minute.

If he cannot fly he may die and could use a little R&R and then be released with his buddy. If you cannot do this yourself try to find a friend or neighbor that will help. Thank you for caring and making all the efforts you have already.
