Thems that live by the gadget, will die by the gadget. There is an assumption in the high tech world that there is no god. But the devil is in the details and whereas there may be no god, Any high tech warrior is inherently engaged in a conflict with the devil.

TWL: Twin screws, bad fuel

They say both engines would die at the same time, anyway. It would seem to me that once one quit and there might still be a significant time lag until the second one quit. Maybe time enough to get the problem sorted out.

TWL: Canvas Snap Fastener Tool
Fri, Oct 10, 2003 1:23 PM
I've been using the die and hammer method and I'm not getting a nice mushroom spread on the center pin. I have bought and used two of the cheap ($7.50) kits and I know I have ruined a greater value in fasteners than what these flimsy tools cost. Ruined a few fingers and thumbs as well! The plier type tool is supposedly 100% effective.

Take out the $3 or $5 dollar a month insurance, otherwise, when it gets wet and die you get to buy a new one at normal retail - maybe $200 plus. Some of our correspondents confirm that Georgia and parts of SC do not have great coverage at this time and NC service is provided by another company at no extra charge to you.
