Re: [time-nuts] Anyone having a problem getting Bulletin B from maia.usno.navy.mil?

Last idea is to get your raw data from a non .mil site. Try http://hpiers.obspm.fr/eop-pc/ and click on the "earth orientation data" tab. If you completely give up, I can send you the UT1 data myself.

Re: HP 5065A power connector (Amphenol MS-3106A-18-22S) change?

The attached diagram from MIL-STD-1651 defines the keying options available for this insert in the MIL-C-5015 connector series. The part that's confusing about the military connector part numbering is that the "normal" key rotation is a blank suffix and it is only added when you specify an alternate rotation.

With the company of the friendly hawkwatchers and the raptors passing overhead, however, it was a pleasant visit. There were usually raptors in the air, mostly accipiters. I'll let the others give you the numbers. Man, it was really windy, esp. along the water.

[Ontbirds] York Region Birds, Jan. 10-25

Last weekend Roy Smith and Winnie Poon observed a Red-bellied Woodpecker visiting a feeder across from the Nashville Cemetary near Kleinburg.  As Lev Frid has noted in his posts, another one is visiting feeders at the Kortright Cons. Area north of Woodbridge. Pileated Woodpeckers, though not rare, are always a thrill to see.

(1) Very, very (repeated deliberately) shallow water near shore, max 10 feet out to the reef about a mile offshore. We preferred to take the 10 min. bus ride ($2. ea.. return) to Playa Los Cocos which is the entry channel to the port of Nuevitas where the snorkelling and swimming was more to our liking.

Your "first" PRS-10
Tue, Feb 11, 2025 8:13 AM
This arrangement has been quite satisfactory for manual checking and tweaking the PRS-10 from time to time, but I'd been getting tired of having to make the effort manually. Thus my purchase of the brand new PRS-10 with all the features.

The write cylces, speed, and power consumption of FeRAM/FRAM is so good that TI has been using it as SRAM replacement for the MSP430FR family of lowest power uC (think of years-of-runtine-from-a-tiny-coin-cell kind of low power). So, if continuously writing the EFC value to FeRAM simplifies the software flow, then this isn't a wrong thing to do.
