Hello , I would like to soften the top inner and outer edges on this figure. I don't need much. I just wanted to get rid of the edge.

The counting is all done by volunteers. Not all members are counters nor does a counter have to be a member. Typically one person is the designated counter for each day but other observers present assist with the spotting and identification. Counting is done from a steel observation tower with a wooden floor.

Broken bolt extraction suggestions
Fri, Apr 7, 2006 2:54 AM
Last time I used an easy-out on my shaft cutters it broke inside the tiny set screw. Took 4 hours and several bits to drill the damn thing out- so much for easy outs. Heat, soak, tighten a little, tap, and repeat from the top. Ron Barr Lady Brookhaven Hatteras LRC 42 Presently lying RI Yacht Club, Narragansett Bay, RI KB1LFX

Thankfully the winds stayed light enough as the birds did eventually get pushed to the north but were still within fairly easy view. This movement from about the midday point stayed strong and continuous right through until early evening when kettles of 1,200 birds or so were still being seen.

Oil change, moving oil
Tue, Jan 25, 2005 5:28 PM
A handle is molded into the top, and most important of all, they can be sealed well before carrying them through the saloon in the case of my boat. This has worked well for me, what I am not happy with is the dipstick tube method of draining the oil.
