CO is bound with the hemoglobin in the blood and will not allow oxygen to bind with the hemoglobin, thus basically one will eventually die from lack of oxygen. Several mentioned that about 10 years ago the federal standarsd for homes was raised, because of too many false alarms for the paramedic units.

Re: T&T: Removing remaining zinc from brass head of a zinc pencil

This method requires a little more effort than using chemicals, but if you do it this way and carry the tap/die with you, you will be able to do it again, anywhere that you find yourself when the zinc needs to be replaced. All of the zincs that I've done this with have had standard SAE, coarse threads.

Re: T&T: Replacement for a Norcold

The reason is because I have been convinced from listening to this board that my upright Norcold would surely die any minute. The fact that the factory installed the "Norcold" nameplate upside-down did not add to my confidence level. I even decided on a successor when-not if-my Norcold died.

The displays also die from time to time. Like the relay, they can be replaced. Bob On Nov 3, 2012, at 6:14 PM, Magnus Danielson wrote: > On 11/03/2012 09:36 PM, Bob Camp wrote: >> Hi >> >> In the case of the 53132, the power supply seems to be the weak link.

Also the rehabilitator should know where and how to get the carcases for necropsy if they die. Please let me know if I can assist.
