Fw: T&T: Battery Cable Sizes
Tue, Dec 7, 2004 12:39 PM
The type of crimp tool I used in the past was a box type with a rotating die from 6 AWG to 1/0 AWG. When I bought this crimpier I said wow this will be the last one. I am not familiar with the single die and round nosed crimpier. Is it easy to figure out the proper crimp size for your mismatch lugs and wires?

Fortunately, few people who are infected die, or even get sick. Ask, why did your bird die? No sense having batteries on board that might die when you are on a trip." Thanks, Al. BatteryMinder will wait. I'll buy new batteries. Now, golf batteries or Die-Hard or else... I would be interested to see if putting both the shaft and the die in the freezer overnight and repeating the attempt rapidly on removal might yield a better, if not 'good' result?
