COA website maintenance
Wed, Apr 14, 2021 11:18 PM
The COA website will be offline for maintenance beginning at 11p tonight. The interruption for the vast majority of Internet users will likely be for 10-20 minutes or less. Worst case it could be 4 hours which is why it's scheduled for when there is reduced activity. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Steve Morytko - COA web team

In almost all cases, your wife (collecting big things is a testosterone-induced behavior) will be beside herself with worry about how to recover the money you squandered on your collection when you die. Her only recourse may be to call a junk collector and pay to have it all removed, especially the stuff in rented storage lockers.

The website’s URL is confusing as it sounds like it could be a law firm but isn’t as far as I can tell.

Top 10 Birds in CT 2011 - survey results
Wed, Jan 25, 2012 1:42 AM
Hi all, Like last year, I was encouraged to conduct an informal survey of THE TOP TEN BIRDS IN CT IN 2011. So I culled the year's cumulative state bird list of 338 species down to a list of 68 rare species. I then polled 55 of the state's top and/or active birders for their selections and comments.
