3/8  Station 43 HAS walk with Roger Preston and Jon Ward.    5 die-hard
birders showed up in the rain for a Hartford Audubon Walk at Station 43 in
South Windsor this morn.  Ducks were the "water" birds of the day!
6-8 NORTHERN PINTAIL, 3 American Wigeon, pair Hooded Mergansers, couple
dozen Green-wing teal, many Ring-necked ducks, Mallards, Black ducks, and
Wood ducks.  2 Bald Eagle, one adult, did a good job of keeping the ducks in
the air at times for good in flight looks.  Snowbells were blooming but no
bees today!
