attempting to run another sub-3 minute "moving cruise ship" mile, so we'll
keep it short (which will likely be appreciated by some of you 🙂). Also,
just a reminder that we are now swimming on Wednesday nights (7pm-8pm) and
Zwifting on Thursday nights (7:30pm-8:30pm)...
GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
8 (February 28-March 6) of the winter GFC! If you completed at least one of
the two challenges, please post a comment...
• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!
