Yes. A slide-on type lock like the steel ones but made from heavy-walled
stainless tube closed at one end. As with the square steel locks, there is a
slot to accommodate the clamp screws on the motor, and one or two holes in the
other end to take a padlock. There's a shop in Trinidad, run by a Canadian,
that makes them. I've never been able to figure out why someone doesn't make
them in NA. Price, probably. I think mine cost me $US35. - and well worth it.
We use the all-stainless discus-style lock so that none of the shackle is
exposed enough to cut.
Thieves will seldom bother with a motor under 15HP. Some folks remove the
15HP decals and sub the 9.9 ones - a good idea IMHO. Others cover, paint or
deface the cowlings, but I suspect that not all thieves are stupid - if it isn't
a hot item, why disguise it?
On an allied subject, probably the worst thing you can do is paint T/T (boat
name) on the dink, which announces to the bad guys on the shore that the
boat is vacant.

Speaking of which, does anyone have any better locking
solutions that the slide-bar and master lock which
tend to rust-freeze within a few months? Other theft
prevention measures? Painting the engine cowling so it
hides the size and makes it hard to hide?
