A reminder that we have conference calls scheduled for July 19 and November 15, always at 1 pm Eastern Time. One of the most enduring problems faced by university cities is the overconsumption of alcohol, and the effects thereof. I was asked to see if this topic would be appropriate for a presentation at the Fall Conference in Houston. We would be looking for cities that had found some success in dealing with a specific problem area, rather than a litany of war stories or horrors.
