Colleagues:

I send here the first announcement of a conference that will take place at the University of Pennsylvania the last weekend in October.  We do not have an official mailing list--the 40 names here are people who we think will want to have it on your calendars, or in some cases, you have lists with members who would like to know about it. Please feel free to circulate this far and wide.

This is a free conference, open to the public.  However, registration is required.

The link below is to the website where you can register.

Please feel free to ask me any questions that come to mind.

We hope to see you in Philadelphia in October.
