Question: night vision. It seems that most if not all freighters take measures to keep the ship's decks ahead of the wheelhouse completely dark. The a$$ ends are often lit up extravagantly. What effect would it have on a small boat to have things like spreader-lights on while underway? I'm guessing not good. Question: I hang a "corner" radar reflector (correctly!) at night or in restricted visibility. Am I helping or annoying the big boys ... how much difference does it even make? Charles
