Hi all, I am hoping that someone can assist with a good precedent for an agreement with a broker – sales agent – who will be marketing sponsorship opportunities – up to and including naming rights for a significant new municipal facility. The party retained for this assignment has presented me with a 2 page self-serving “MOU” that is far from satisfactory. Of course my timeline is yesterday and it looks like we will need to do the drafting instead of reviewing a reasonable document. Any assistance naturally gratefully appreciated. H.
