This was hull #25. Up untill hull 70 (I believe) the 42 had a glassed over
wooden superstructure that required attention. Otherwise a small crack could
turn into a big problem. Decks were built the same way except they put
thosands og little holes in the glass (to install teak decks).
Brightwork isn't a problem. Wife does that! ha ha.... We painted brows,
doors, and a few other pieces of wood... Improved looks of the boat in
general, made it look more like the latter years.
