A friend in the Caribbean needs an email address for Raymarine Technical
Support. I went to their site and could find nothing, not even an 800
number. His radar manual only has old Raytheon data. The website does have
an internal mail option, but he can't use that via Sailmail.

Thank you,

Good luck. I searched all over a year ago and got nothing. You have to
submit your support request through their website, or call them on the
telephone. The only email address I was able to find was for a customer
service manager in England who was happy to forward my request on to the
US. Despite three attempts on his part nobody answered either one of us. He
was very embarrassed by the situation.

Clearly Raymarine doesn't intend to support cruisers who are actually out
their using their products.
