Visitors:
From Michigan and also two classes of enthusiastic grade two students.
Weather:
Cloudy and cool with showers and thunderstorms in the morning and
occasional light rain showers in the afternoon. Winds from the SSW veering
to NNW with the passage of a cold front at 10:30.
Raptor Observations:
About as expected given the weather.
Non-raptor Observations:
6440 Blue Jays and good numbers of Goldfinches and Tree Swallows. Sora Rail
in the marsh. Most of the expected dabbling duck species have returned to
the marsh.
Predictions:
North winds and mostly cloudy skies with some sunny breaks. Should have
some birds moving.
