Eared Grebe (York): One bird has been seen by many at Reesor Pond in
Markham from September 3-7.
Eared Grebe (Essex): Donny Moore reported one at the Harrow Sewage Lagoons
on September 6.
Eared Grebe (Perth): Dave Brown found one at West Perth Wetlands on August
28 that was seen by many to at least September 2.
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Middlesex): Christopher Johnson reported one near
the intersection of Oxford and Hyde Park in London on August 29.
LIMPKIN (Ottawa): Jeff Skevington and Joey D'Attilio recorded one from a
large wetland east of Fitzroy on August 31.
Long-tailed Jaeger (Essex): Several birders photographed one found by
Jeremy Hatt off the tip of Point Pelee on September 3.
Long-tailed Jaeger (Lambton): James Holdsworth, Matt Parsons and Scott
Connop had one past Kettle Point on August 26.
Franklin's Gull (Bruce): James and Simon Turland photographed one near
Point Clark on September 1.
Franklin's Gull (Chatham-Kent): Steve Charbonneau had one at Rondeau on
August 27 and 30.
Franklin's Gull (Toronto): Noam Markus found one at Ashbridge's Bay on
August 26 that was seen and photographed by several others the same day
only.
ROYAL TERN (Durham): James Kamstra reported one from Beaton Point on August
25.
Neotropic Cormorant (Frontenac): The bird Phil Harvey found at Cataraqui
Bay on August 17 continued to at least September 7.
Neotropic Cormorant (York): The bird at Davos Pond continued this week to
at least August September 5.
Snowy Egret (Norfolk): One bird was reported by LPBO volunteers at the tip
of Long Point on August 26. Ryan Leys found one along the causeway on
September 3 that has been seen by many to at least September 7.
YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (ESSEX): One bird was found by Dorlisa Robinson
around Hillman Marsh that was seen by many again this week to at least
September 6.
YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (Toronto): One bird continued at Colonel Sam
Smith Park this week.
SWALLOW-TAILED KITE (Essex): The bird found by Mark Nenadov around the
Vollmer Centre Pond in LaSalle on August 21 was seen by many again this
week to at least September 3.
Western Kingbird (Norfolk): Lucas Liu reported one from the tip of Long
Point on August 29.
Black-billed Magpie (GREATER SUDBURY): Harrison Rollins photographed one on
the shore of Lake Wanapitei in Sudbury on September 5.
Black-billed Magpie (MANITOULIN): Evan Sinclair reported one just outside
of Little Current on August 29.
NORTHERN WHEATEAR (Kenora): Abuti Sechaba reported one from Fort Hope on
September 7.
LARK BUNTING (Algoma): Hope Boudah photographed one near Wharncliffe on
August 31.
MACGILLIVRAY'S WARBLER (Thunder Bay): Thunder Cape Bird Observatory banded
a male on August 28.
