By which time, the winds had shifted to the South, and the count was over.. Birds by the hour... 6. - 15 - 13 - 24 - and 6 from 11 to 12.. Sharp- shinned.. 22 Cooper's ... 23 Osprey ... 10 Merlin ... 3 Bald Eagle ... 2 American Kestrel ... 1 Peregrine Falcon ... 1 Broad-wing Hawk ... 1 One U identified Buteo 438 Blue jays, 498 Canada Geese in several Large wedges and the Black-Billed Cuckoo that Nick found late yesterday kept the interest..
