Hi Elayne, What's the URL of the documentation you're looking at? I can check to make sure it's correct. The server side reporting engine of JasperReports is installed with CollectionSpace, so you can install reports to the right place on the server, and CollectionSpace will run the reports. But the client side software for authoring reports (formerly iReport Designer, now Jaspersoft Studio) doesn't come with CollectionSpace. You can download that software from jaspersoft.com. Once you've used it to create your report (a jrxml file), you can add it into CollectionSpace.
