Although not on the US State Dept. list yet, it was last week recommended to be inoculated against Yellow Fever. It is carried by mosquito, and although mosquitoes are seldom seen here in Chaguaramas, at least one Howler Monkey has recently died from it. Immunization is not required for entry, and anyone underway currently can get immunized upon arrival at a nearby clinic.
