I was at Long Wharf (New Haven) this morning and saw 7 all-white birds. About the size of a pigeon and off to the side of gulls on a sand bar. I thought they might be Ivory Gull or Glaucous Gull, but they don't seem to match exactly. All white, pink/orange beak (didn't notice any black), pink feet, orange eye ring. Wrote that down, when looked back in scope to check beak size, they had flown. Not much to go on, but only saw them briefly. Any ideas? Randy
