I just found a Laughing Gull on the east pier. The birds all flushed and the Laughing Gull hasn't returned with the rest of the birds. I will post again if I relocate it. Sent  Yahoo Mail on Android

I was able to get a couple of photos before it left and have determined that it was a Franklin's Gull. I haven't relocated it yet.
