Team Compliance
All Players must be CIPP registered and fill out the USA Rugby
participation agreement &waiver (see attached).
Teams not in the Men’s Qualifier division need to fill out the 2016 Denver
7s Roster. (with CIPP numbers)
We state a limit of 12 players however a non qualifier team may carry more
– BUT only use 12 in any one match - no rolling subs.
So if you have more than 12 add them to the Roster.
If you have a player not from your team add their team name on the roster
with the CIPP
Please send a roster to Charlotte or Lucy at USA Rugby ASAP (see attached).
But still need to bring the paper copy to the meeting.

Teams are required to do Tourney check in on Friday evening June 24, 7 –
8:30 pm at the Double Tree Hotel Lobby.

Non Qualifier teams need only one rep with all the Waiver forms signed and
signed final roster.
For non-Men’s qualifier clubs a roster listing with CIPP #s and associated
participation waivers is sufficient: non-qualifier players will not need
to line up with their IDs. If clubs would prefer to send a single
administrator with this information that will do.
Bring your FINAL Roster and Waivers so you need not do Saturday morning and
we will give you Tourney info.
There will also be a short pre tourney social with Happy Hour specials at
the Hotel Bar.
Individual teams check in 7 – 730p (1st come 1st serve).
All Teams Coach’s/Captain/Team rep meeting 730 – 745p.
Individual teams check in 745 – 830p meeting.
