Tacoma City Ballet to Perform at Broadway Center’s Fall Free for All

September 18, 2012 Tacoma, WA – Tacoma City Ballet is pleased to join
Broadway Center for the Performing Arts for the second annual Fall
Free for All this Saturday, September 22nd at 12:30pm.  TCB will be
performing in the Fall Free for All Dance Festival at Theatre on the
Square.  The Fall Free for All is FREE and open to all ages.

For their performance, Tacoma City Ballet will present excerpts from
their 2012-2013 season including The Haunted Theatre: Backstage Tour &
Eerie Dances, The Nutcracker and Storybook Ballet Theatre.  In
addition to these excerpts, Tacoma City Ballet will perform a Company
Premier, The Garden, by Assistant Artistic Director Joel Myers.  This
dramatic pas de deux is set to a magnificent symphonic score by Sir
Paul McCartney and features Myers’ rich choreography. The Garden will
be performed exclusively at the 2012 Fall Free for All.

The Fall Free for All offers free admission events for arts lovers of
all ages, featuring over 50+ performances across multiple disciplines
in downtown Tacoma's historic Theater District. Look forward to
experiencing 18 hours of music, dance, film, theater, culinary arts,
fashion, and children's activities, with artists from the South Sound
and beyond.

The Fall Free for All runs Saturday, September 22, Noon to 11:00pm
and Sunday, September 23, 1:00pm to 9:00pm in Various Broadway Center
venues. Register here for your wristband pass access. Please pick up
at the Box Office the weekend of the event. The event schedule is
available online on the Broadway Center website.
