NBC PHRF Racing Update: Guy Moulton July 13-14 Three Races

Actually we started 4 races, but the 2-hour time limit expired on one race before any boat rounded the first mark.
These races counted for three competitions:
- The Cruising Fleet Sunday/Regatta Series (competitors included all PHRF boats registered for the regatta)
- The competition for fleet regatta awards (awards made only among NBC member PHRF racers)
- The Guy Moulton Trophy (awarded across all NBC fleets)
First the regatta results:
- Sonar skipper Rick Doerr won the 2019 Guy Moulton Trophy.
- Cruising (PHRF) fleet regatta standings: 1st - Journey, 2nd - Spirit, 3rd -- Polli, 4th - The Office, 5th - Sheba.
(Honorable mention to our Shattemuc guest Zoom -- not included in regatta results, but included in race results -- see below).
With results from the Guy Moulton Regatta races, here are the top standings in our Cruising Fleet 2019 Series:

Hi Tony. I have a question: in the PHRF race mentioned below, in which, after two hours no boat rounded the first mark, did the RC consider abandoning rather than waiting for the time limit? Ref RRS 32.1b. In my many years of experience racing on the river, I have found that distressingly few RCs are aware of this authority.
