I am serving as a committee member on grant project with other Black librarians and archivists focused on better understanding perceptions of the library field, and the ways in which the field can be co-created to make it more inviting to Black students and students of color overall. Information from this survey will be used by a graphic notetaker to help visually guide attendees to an upcoming Black archive convening. It is our great hope that you will see the tangible action steps that come from that convening at a school near you, in the near future. Participation in this survey will be anonymous.
