I use EasyEDA for PCB design and JLCPCB to produce them.

EasyEDA is OK if you use standard part templates - but I found generating your own component templates tricky ( I wanted two pads and PTH’s for choice of SMD of old fashioned components) - I also wanted any ground pads to have a track stub to a PTH to avoid the heating issues when soldering to a large ground plane)

JLCPCB were OK once you worked out how to get through the checkout whilst selecting the non-premium postage option - I was happy to wait the 48 hour production and 9 days for the post from China to the UK.  Their board checking was good as they spotted an error on my part and modified the Gerber over night for me.

..and it is always worth shopping around the PCB vendors for a new customer deal !

Personally, I use kicad for EDA, which at my level of skill is more than adequate.

However, there is a comparison of EDA tools that may be helpful.

UPDATE: I attempted to use Flux.ai, but found it to be slow and buggy.  And
the tutorial videos were awful!

Switched to EasyEDA.  I ran into one newbie issue that took me a while to
figure out, but after 1.5 days, I've ordered my first PC boards from JLCPCB.
