5) took place last week with all new Watopia roads and routes. This week is
a makeup week with all stages being available, so it's not too late to
start! This serves as your weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26
weeks of fall and winter, your opportunity to post any completed Gator
Fitness Challenge weekly challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e.
complete at least 30 minutes of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running),
the SCF Challenge (at least 30 minutes total of combined strength, core,
and/or flexibility workouts), and the Plank Challenge (the week 5 challenge
was 75 seconds; this week's challenge is 1 minute and 30 seconds). If you
completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or the Plank Challenge,
please post a comment indicating which challenges you completed. Your
results will be added to our tracking sheet. Workouts Attendance Poll: To
